Arundel Villa Rates are per week stay at the Villa.

** We would like to try to limit the parties of 7 and 8 to families with children rather than groups of adults.
* The rental rates do not include a 7% BVI government hotel tax.
‡ Thanksgiving Rate applicable from November 21- 27 for 1-6 guests.
† A 10- night minimum rental is required during the Christmas / New Year's Holiday Seasons.
Check in time is at 3pm and check out is 12 midday.
We ask for a security deposit of $500.00 to cover any cost of damage. This will be refunded after you departure.
